Lupé Todd

Born in the Republic of Panamá, Lupé’s first-hand knowledge and understanding of many of the social issues affecting immigrant populations have helped her shape and implement winning communications campaigns in diverse communities.

Most recently, Lupé was the director of communications for the campaigns of Congressman Hakeem Jeffries and Assemblyman Walter T. Mosley. She is the former press secretary for Newark Mayor Cory A. Booker and was the chief spokesperson for the City of Newark.

Lupé has been a spokesperson for national, state and city elected officials for over 15 years and is a skilled media relations and government affairs consultant. Her strong background in strategic campaign communications, crisis management and rapid response were essential for the successful political campaigns for Assemblyman Jeff Aubry, Bill de Blasio for Public Advocate, Council Member Al Vann, Council Member Ruben Wills and more.
