Fred Winters is a longtime communications executive with public, private, and not-for-profit experience. He has served a number of public agencies, including the NYC Health and Hospitals Corp. and the Health Department.

His non-profit and private clients have included the WK Kellogg and Pacifica Foundations, St. Barnabas Hospital, NY Downtown Hospital, New York Blood Center, the New York State Health Foundation, the National Minority Quality Forum’s Test for Life HIV Coalition, the NY State Coalition for School-based Primary Care, the Screen Actors Guild and York College.
